laura says go for a motorcycle ride. know anyone with a harley? this baby's gonna be a touch bigger than Rhys since you're cooking it so long.

Jump up and down....just kidding. Actually the best way to go into labour (besides sex) is to plan a very important event where lots of people are coming over and you have only one day to get the house and food ready...and you will go into labour. keep us posted!
Good luck with the baby Pam! I wish I had some suggestions, but I don't :( I wish you all the best though for a fast, safe delivery! Also Emily told me yesterday that she misses you. Take care :)
