Okay...so as you know we have 7 weddings to attend this year between June 9th and November 10th! so that means 7 shower gifts right?! I had such a great time making the mini album for my mom that i thought i would make a few for shower gifts. Some of the weddings we will go to i will make an entire album for a gift but i thought that i would give people pottery or a mini album as a gift.

Here is one that i made for friends getting married in July! I have to make another one as the shower is at the end of may.

For those of you that noticed my new title i have to say THANKS MELINA!!!! She made it for me and all i had to do was post it!!! I have such great friends!!!

This is the AMM mini accordian album that i made my mom for mother's day. It is a 6x6 album and was super easy to complete! I am going to make two of them for shower gifts!

Great Gifts

I love giving personalized gifts for special occasions so here are a couple of gifts i have created!

This little pink album is an All my Memories (AMM) accordian album that holds 6x6 pages, and it is only $9.99 at JSI. I am giving this one to my mom for mothers day. I have color copied some recent layouts i did of rhys (color copied at staples and reduced my 12x12 page to 50%) and placed them in this album. It worked really well because my layouts tend to be bulky and would not fit in the album, but by color copying them the pages are flat and fit well into the album.

This album is a Maya Road 8x8 Chipboard album that Rhys and I made Joey for Christmas. I had to reduce the number of pages because i made it too thick and they wouldn't all fit into the album when i was done.

7 gypsies chipboard purse

Here is a 7 gypsies project i created. once again i used the blush line! I started by covering the entire outside of the purse with paper, once the paper was on i inked all of the edges. i added the flourish (which was inked with cat's eye chalk-dark brown), letters, and ribbon with charm. i them added a Basic Grey magnet to hold the purse shut.

Inside i decorated each page of the accordion album and placed pictures on the pages.

6x6 album

I love creating projects!! and altering items...here is a 6x6 Maya Road album i created...i also used the basic grey "blush" line (i was addicted to this line!!), buttons, bling, floweres, stamps, and rub-ons.
