Great Gifts

I love giving personalized gifts for special occasions so here are a couple of gifts i have created!

This little pink album is an All my Memories (AMM) accordian album that holds 6x6 pages, and it is only $9.99 at JSI. I am giving this one to my mom for mothers day. I have color copied some recent layouts i did of rhys (color copied at staples and reduced my 12x12 page to 50%) and placed them in this album. It worked really well because my layouts tend to be bulky and would not fit in the album, but by color copying them the pages are flat and fit well into the album.

This album is a Maya Road 8x8 Chipboard album that Rhys and I made Joey for Christmas. I had to reduce the number of pages because i made it too thick and they wouldn't all fit into the album when i was done.

the Joey & Rhys album is really awseome in real life. These photos didn't do this album justice! Pam, you are so right about the AMM albums, I keep one of the boys in my purse at all times.

Great idea Pam - reducing and color copying your LO's to fit into a smaller album! I never would have thought of that! They look awesome too...

Hi, I've been viewing your blog for a while now thru the JSI website. I lvoe the idea of gift albums. I just finished and 8x8 one for my sister in law and her new baby. This was the smallest project I have done so far. But now want to do a smaller one 4x6 maybe. I would like to put together a chipboard album for a friend as a brag book for her new twin boys. Something durable for her purse. I love your mini book ideas. Any tips for creating on chip board? Can you still use brads, snaps etc - on the papers, bot thru the chipboard? And what is the best and most durabel adhesive?
